Boycotts against jews were happening in pre-WWII Poland

Those targeting Israel with their various boycotts have not invented anything new. Looking through Vallentine's Jewish Encyclopaedia (1938)  under 'Pogrom' I came across  the "Cold Pogrom" (p531)

"Cold Pogrom" is a current term invented by the London Times, for the economic boycott and persecution practiced against the Jews in Poland and Germany.  S.G.

Boycotting jews never went away but as with traditional anti-semitism the boycott has been updated by jew haters for modern times. This website makes no bones about who is the target and openly calls to boycott 500 jewish businesses.
